Nike ACG Zegama

Having logged miles in the previous generation Zegama, I came into this update with a solid baseline for comparison. The most immediately noticeable change is the redesigned silhouette, a bit sleeker and more aesthetically considered than its predecessor, making it a shoe you'd feel comfortable wearing both on the trail and off. With under 5–10 miles on mixed terrain (trail running and walking), it's too early for a full durability verdict, but initial comfort is promising and the fit feels well-dialed from the start.

This shoe is great! I was surprised how light it feels despite its bulkier look. This shoe is very confidence inspiring when trail running or hiking. The traction is great and felt very stable.

When I first received this order, I didn’t know how I felt about the design of the shoes in person. I started wearing them day 1, they were a bit tight at first and the bottoms seemed stiff. I wear a lot of road running shoes so the comfortability was a bit different to start. I walked for a few miles on a road trail, the shoes felt more comfortable as I got used to them. They really stood out on the dirt path. They were very comfortable. I walk a lot during the day, and once these are “broken in” or you’re used to them, they can easily be an all day shoe. I did walk in them for probably 12 miles before I ran in them on the road trail, 3 miles. After that was the dirt trail. They seemed to loosen up about the 3rd wear. I got quite a few compliments each time I’ve worn them. The materials are premium and breathable. I could use these shoes anywhere. I would really enjoy more color options!!
