This 3 mile shakeout run is designed to calm the nerves, keep the legs loose, and build collective hype ahead of race day.

Expect DJ-driven energy, special guests, giveaways, and a shared moment that honors the devotion to running and the crews that make this city move. Come run, connect, and celebrate—because making it to the start line is a win in itself.

Know Before You Go

- Who It’s For: Runners prepping for LA's 26.2.
- Distance & Pace: Roughly 3 miles at an easy, conversational shakeout pace.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive early to allow time for check-in, warm-up, and pre-run announcements
- Start Location: Please Check-In at Nike Santa Monica
- What to Bring: Your running gear, hydration as needed, and positive crew energy
- Gear Check: No gear storage available—please plan accordingly and come ready to run!
- Music & Energy: DJ-provided music before and after the run to keep the hype high.
- Safety: This is a community run; please follow run crew leads, route guidance, and local traffic laws
- Arrival: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to event start time to allow yourself time to locate parking and check in.
- Parking: Parking Structure 7 is closest and requires payment; but ride share is also encouraged.
- RSVP is required.
