Wore the zoom fly 5 and loved the underfoot but the back heel cup was a bit high and would rub on long runs. The zoom fly 6 has none of the issues I had with the 5’s. Having now put over 200 miles in with this shoe, my feet are happy and I absolutely love this shoe!

Amazing shoe, marathon training!

Middle of the road and expensive

I have owned 8 pairs of Zoom flys over the years. I love the originals, they made me feel faster with minimal impact and bounce. That feeling is lost in the Zoom Fly 6. Simply put my new Zoom Fly 6 are underwhelming. The fit and look is great but the heal feels a little spongey it lacks the bounce, that I have gotten used to with the Zoom Fly. The lack of bounce makes the turnover seem slower too. If I compare them to my Zoom Fly 5, the 5 is heavier a little clunky but the bounce is way better. I am loyal Nike shoe runner, my first running shoe was the Nike Waffle so what do I know.
Bad shoe

I don’t recommend this shoe for long distance at all. The shoe feels really tight, even after breaking them in. Had the worst experience running a marathon with them.
