Have been running in the zoom fly 5’as the last two years or so and needed a new pair after putting enough miles on the last ones. The 6’s are a nice upgrade. The tongue and lacing is fixed so I no longer have an issue cutting off blood flow to my foot when I lace up too tight. They also have a little less padding in the heel which works better for me as someone who is more of a forefoot / mid foot striker. If you’ve been a fan of the zoom fly in the past definitely grab this model. Like all Nikes I recommend a size larger than you might otherwise wear in other brands. (I’m more of an 11 but all my Nikes are 12’s)

Bounce!
Joshua42905080 - Jul 18, 2025
Just an amazing shoe. I was a big fan of the previous iteration but they didn’t offer a ton of support so I really just used them for tempo runs. These, though, are the complete package. Love the way the heel cup cradles. And what bounce! These are an absolute pleasure.
Bring back the royal blue version!

For almost 44 years, I have run in, and only in, Nike shoes. The Zoom Fly 6 is the best shoe I've ever worn -- but please bring back the royal blue version that was available in early 2025!
