Mid sole is too soft and upper lacks support. Feels like you're running on balloons so the shoe has a sloppy feel to it. To be honest I'm kind of shocked that Nike made a shoe this bad. I would not recommend this shoe.
Comfy but Squeak so bad so avoid.

These trainers are very comfy.. however they squeak so bad on all surfaces. I can no longer wear them in public as it’s embarrassing. Seems to be a common fault in the shoe by looking at other reviews. After some time bedding them in, I thought the squeak noise would stop but if anything they are worse. Disappointed as I do like the trainer but very badly designed. Too late for a refund as well.
