Runs way too big. Super heavy weight cotton. I would never use this too work out. Much to heavy

Love the Embroidery!!!
Loose fit & super comfortable material. I have been weightlifting since I was 16 and this shirt made my younger self happy. Bought it in two colors & sized down on the second Tee because of the fit.
