Quality soft lightweight outer shell

I have a smallish frame but bought in medium as wanted to wear over sweatshirts etc. Very nice quality, soft and light to throw on. This is not heavyweight warm jacket - I’d say a more an outer shell to wear on top. Not for the thick of winter when you need a thick parka or puffer.
Repels water but lining is thin

This jacket is true to size but the lining is too thin for me. I tested it and it repels water, but the lining is very thin. It's more like a windbreaker and I wanted something a little warmer for cooler days.
