No, no, no, no, no. These are too hot (temperature) to work out in. They trap heat. My legs started sweating just moving around the house doing chores for 20 minutes. Totally miserable. No way these would be comfortable in the gym. Even sitting here at the computer is uncomfortable. Think of tying a trash bag around your legs and how hot that would be.
