How This Was Made

The recycled polyester used in Nike products begins as recycled plastic bottles, which are cleaned, shredded into flakes and converted into pellets. From there, the pellets are spun into new, high-quality yarn used in our products, delivering peak performance with a lower impact on the environment.
In addition to reducing waste, recycled polyester reduces carbon emissions by up to 30% compared to virgin polyester. Nike diverts an average of 1 billion plastic bottles annually from landfills and waterways.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nike Men's Dri-FIT Stride Waffle Crew-neck...This shirt is soft, warm, and sweat-wicking...I enjoy the long-sleeve top which is priced around $60 to $85... I like this shirt for cool-weather runs....I prefer that the standard fit be looser...The fabric and performance waffle-knit blend is a great combination...It is made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton with a peached texture for extra softness....The Dri-FIT technology allows this garment to pull sweat away from your skin for quick evaporation... I really enjoy the lightweight and it's warmth...This allows this garment to trap heat without feeling heavy or bulky during workouts...While the fit and design is of standard fit...This garment design is with an easy, traditional, and relaxed cut fit...I do really like the reflective details... I really enjoy the reflective pills and the swoosh logo for low-light visibility....I really enjoy this garment for it's cozy comfort and versatile layering...
