These do fit short so if you have self esteem issues I’d recommend another option of running shorts. I would like them more if they had deeper pockets , a bulky phone & most other items can easily slip out .

Great all-around running pants

excellent fit and function Fits most phones so long as you don’t own a mini tablet size. Tested walking, jogging and. sprinting with iPhone 12 and 16
Comfy, but poor storage.

These shorts are very comfortable and good for running as long as you don't want to carry much with you. The back pocket is too small for a phone and the side pockets are tiny. If they added a phone pocket to the inner liner along the leg this would be an almost perfect short for running.
