Originally introduced in 1972 as a basketball shoe, the Blazer has since transformed into a modern staple for skaters and sneakerheads alike. Maturing from a simple canvas high top to a leather mid top and casual low top, this shoe just gets better with age.

Perfect silhouette for skating.

I’ve skated 3 pairs and will continue to skate these while there available. Echoing that this silhouette of the blazer NEEDS to in rotation. Leather isn’t slippery and plenty of board feel while still having support. Perfect middle ground between janoski and blazer mid.

Shoe is comfortable with as a casual shoe. The zoom air helps with the comfort.

The best (?) Blazer low configuration of all time? The Dancer Blazer lows are how I wish all SB Blazer lows were. - the lower foxing of the previous SB Blazer Low GT - simplified upper pattern, looking a bit more similar to the pattern of the SB Blazer mid. There is no separate piece of leather in the lacing area - fabric liner in the heel area, similar to the black suede Blazer mid - The latest version of the SB Blazer low really cut into my Achilles and these do not. I really wish there was a black suede version of this shoe with white foxing and white swoosh. I've bought and skated many pairs of the black suede Blazer mid and I would certainly do the same with this shoe if it was available.
