I am 5-5.5( slightly narrow feet) and went with the 5. The length fits perfectly, the width is just a hair wider than I would like but wearing thick socks would solve it. I bought these, Calm slides 2.0 and Hoka ora. These are the firm mattress vs Calm slides 2.0 - the soft cloud mattress. Hoka is in between with a non flexible sole but quite soft footbed. I generally prefer firmer things as I don’t like the feeling of my feet sinking in too much softness. Although both fit, the band of calm slides 2.0 stands a bit higher so it is hard for my small feet to keep them on. Overall, I think these ones are great if you like a firm feeling that gives you a bounce back with each step and the calm slides are more suitable for those who prefer softness and are in recovery after surgeries.
