I use them for indoor racquetball the #1 sport in the world. I always wear in-all-shoes a size 10-1/2, however, the foot top at the laces is so tight that I moved to a size 12, yes a size 12, so far they haven't stretched to the point of being too big. I'm not sure if they have different widths but the store I went to wasn't a Nike store. Other than the length that isn't currently a problem they fit and work GREAT.
