UNBELIEVABLE! I have been hiking with these shoes twice, and it’s crazy how I can have so much control walking on rocks. I can walk sideways, up ways, down ways on rocks and not slide at all. They’re super comfortable and have so much cushion. I recommend these shoes to anybody who does trail hiking along with scaling rocks.
Insole not removable. Hope this saves someone time.

Please note the insole is not removable. I called NIKE in advance to determine if the insole was removable and they claimed it was. It isn't. If you are looking to put in an aftermarket insole like superfeet or something similar you can not.

Great Off-road shoe but the Trail 5's run a little small. Had to size up 1/2 size.
