It is the cutest, sweetest, fun filled dress. The minute I put it on I was in love. No under tights and dress is a bit on the shorter side. Tie dye effect with bright colors. Dress has couple tulle-chiffon flawy accents. Very lightweight and extremely comfortable. So happy with my purchase.
