I read the reviews about sizing up, l did a half size. The fit is perfect with a little room to wiggle my toes. I do recommend sizing up too because I have flat feet with no arch. My shoe size is 8

Great lightweight shoes!! I have narrow feet so the fit didn’t bother me like some of the reviews mentioned. I did order up a half size and the fit is perfect. I’ve used them for strength training but also HIIT workouts and they are my new favorite shoe for the gym!
