Train like LeBron in the TR 1. With large lugs, flex grooves and cables at the laces, it has the tools you need to get after it.

. I love these shoes! I was a little nervous at first because of some of the reviews and switching from my previous favorite lifting shoes, the Free Metcon 6, but they ended up exceeding my expectations. They do fit slightly small, so if you’re between sizes I’d recommend going up half a size. Otherwise, staying true to size should be fine. Some people mentioned they’re hard to get on, and that was true the first time, but after breaking them in they became much easier. They’re lighter than you’d expect and feel very stable, especially for heavy lifts. They also look way better in person than in pictures. Break-in time is quick, which is a big plus. There is a little bit of heel slippage at first, but it improves as the shoe breaks in. Also, if you’re doing a lot of running or dynamic movements, the insoles can slide slightly since they’re not glued down. It’s an easy fix though and doesn’t happen often. Overall, great shoe for lifting with solid stability, comfort, and style.
Great training shoes

These shoes are great for the gym. They are good inside shoes. These are not court shoes but training shoes. They are very light and have lots of lateral stability. Not too much arch support, but really not needed for what they are for. They're also not for running or walking long distances. Just great workout shoes. Very comfortable and not clunky.
