Runs Small, should have sized up a whole size

As others mentioned, tight and narrow. I work in a hospital, thought I would wear these for Valentine’s Day. Should have sized up a whole size. Look nice but feel tight. I guess I’ll retire these on Sunday and just purchase red air max or Jordans going forward.
