An updated design gives you a more responsive, lighter and softer foam than previous versions. Laser-cut grooves on the sole make it flexible. Rubber at the forefoot and heel give you the durability to keep going.
The upper uses a breathable knit material throughout to give your foot room to stretch as you run.
Flywire technology loops through the laces on the side to keep your foot held in.

I’ve bought a few pairs of Nike Free Runs over the years, and these are my second pair of the Nike 5.0s. Personally, they’re my go-to. They’ve got a really nice balance of style and comfort, with a unique textured, minimalist design. They feel super light, flexible, and comfortable, making them great for everyday wear or just moving around. Overall, they feel really balanced.
