Flat, flexible and comfortable. Great for the gym.
Very comfortable. Fits snug. Nike suggests going a size up, I concur. I purchased my regular size. Without socks it fits fine. With socks it's "tight", but the material stretches so it's not really a problem. The outsole is soft and flexible, adding to the comfort. I purchased it this week so I can't comment on the shoe's durability.
