I picked these up for a new fitness routine in the gym and I was pleasantly surprised how well they helped my plantar fasciitis. They are very comfortable for my feet and happened to help the PF when other, more cushioned shoes, made it worse for me. I am now wearing them outside of the gym because they helped so much.

1. These are the updated version of what I already own (metcon 4 best shoes ever) and even though I bought the same size, these are two sizes too big. The width is ginormous it makes you look like you have huge pacake feet. These do not look cool in real life at all 2. Why are they mesh on the top to the point i can see through them? there's no structure 3. They feel like i could snap them in half. They are not light and airy in a good way they feel like junk on.

Gutted they changed the style and look of the metcon 4. My laces ripped and thought let me buy a new pair as mine are worn out now. Come to find they changed the whole look of it. The Nike writing on the back is gone, the holes in the shoe as well. This new design is HORRIBLY UGLY!
