We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics. We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.

Sincerly speaking,i was disappointed about this trainners,because i had see the coloured one on some-one,so i deceided to go for the black,but the black isn't as nice as the picture. And i wanted to give the other one someone,as a Birthday gift,but i am not so sure now.
Faulty Flywire

My wife bought two different pairs of Metcon 6 and the flywire in BOTH shoes broke in the top eyelit within the first couple of weeks. She loved the model for workouts but is now looking at other models that hopefully have stronger materials.
