[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own four pairs of these shoes in different colors. The soles will begin to show wear after a few years and I replace but keep all of them because they are in different colors so I switch them out. I use them for walking and an occasional jog but mainly for walking. No break in time, low rise in the total shoe, and the flex sole makes flexing the foot as you push forward wffortless. This is what makes these shoes work so well for me.

What I like: Arch support is perfect. The sole is very flexible. I can feel the ground pretty well. I loved a really early version of the metcon…since that is not available, I’m settling for this, a very comfy shoe I can wear for most casually sporty things, I workout, walk, play sports, I’m sure these will cut it. I don’t lift heavy, if you do, I’m sure you know you don’t want these. What I wish was different: The heel is higher than I prefer. The shoe is cushier than I prefer. The heel upper is just fabric, not my favorite aesthetically, it sags as you walk.
