1-The size is according to the description. 2- the flasks do not move, stay in place so that is good. :) 3- clips are too small, need to be a little bigger, if you want to change your hydration vest in a race is so difficult, and you can try for about maybe 3 or 5 min until you can take it off. (I am going to replace the clip, it is so important in races to be fast changing clothes, hydration vest, if you need it. 4- flasks are great. I am going to give 5 stars anyways, but for be perfect, for me need to have another front zipper, and bigger clips, the rest is really good, design, flasks, size, etc.

Great fit and easily adjustable, perfect for colder months when the water fountains are winterized

Sizing on size guide is not accurate to actual fit. Will return and order smaller version. Overall I felt there was too much bounce in my flasks but it may be due to wrong size guidance. Flask also bounces too much in pouch even when cinched in. Pockets and storage is good but not anything to write home about compared to my salomon vest.
