If your Nike.com or Nike App purchase isn't quite right, and you have the perfect replacement in mind, you can exchange your original item within 60 days—just give us a call and we'll make it happen. We'll provide a shipping label so you can send back your order, and after we receive it, we'll ship out your exchange.
Don’t want to wait for your shipment to reach us? You instead can take your purchase to a nearby Nike store (except Nike Clearance stores) to exchange for an item there. Just make sure to bring your proof of purchase, which can be the order number or order barcode from your order history.
Once you've called us to set up an exchange, it's best to ship the item back to us. If you return at a store instead, our system won't recognize it as an exchange, and your exchange item won't ship.
You can take the item you want to exchange and your proof of purchase to any Nike store (except Nike Clearance stores).
