• Nike By You Fifth Avenue Screen Printing Experience is located on first floor of Nike House of Innovation NYC.
• Nike By You merchandise must be purchased before customization.
• This experience is first come, first served.
• Registration does not guarantee customization. 
• This screen printing experience will take place only on December 14th from Noon-6pm at Nike House of Innovation NYC during Holiday Open Streets. 
• In consideration of attending the event, you hereby release from liability and agree to indemnify and hold harmless NIKE, Inc. and its affiliates (“NIKE”) from any losses associated with your attendance at the event, including but not limited to personal injury and/or property loss or damage.
• By attending the event, you may be photographed and filmed by NIKE or its affiliates; you hereby grant NIKE the right to use such recording in connection with the event and any promotion thereof.

If minors are permitted to the event, please refer to the following: If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must register you for this Experience and you must bring a copy of the Experience Terms signed by your parent or legal guardian with you to the Experience.
