The fabric is lightweight and breathable, so it stays comfortable even on longer runs. It wicks sweat quickly without feeling heavy, and it dries fast after washing. The fit is on the athletic side—not too tight, but it doesn’t flap around either. The seams don’t rub, which is a big plus for avoiding chafing. Nothing flashy, but if you want a reliable shirt that feels good while running, this one does the job.
