Nike Shox Ride 2
Haley
Immediately upon opening the box I loved the look of these shoes. I am a huge fan of all black shoes and these ones hit the mark. When I was holding them, my first thought was that they are going to be way too heavy on my feet but once I put them on I was proven wrong. They somehow feel lighter on your feet than they do in your hand. It’s almost like walking with a little bit of “bounce” in your step, like suspension. These ease the impact of the ground and I can actually feel less pressure in my knees when I wear them for an extended amount of time. The following is said with a caveat that may not apply to most people. I have wide feet and ankles so the “average” person will likely not experience these issues. The main drawback, for me, is that they are too narrow towards the top of my foot. The tongue is smaller than I prefer and, since I do have a wide foot, I had to loosen the laces so much that I didn’t have enough left to tie them appropriately. That’s an easy fix, though, as I just ordered longer laces. Other than that, I really do like these shoes and would recommend them to people that don’t struggle with wide feet and ankles.
