Love the throwback R4s. I would only recommend these for casual or weightlifting. They are definitely not good for running. They're very stiff. I've owned many pairs of these and these are the only shoes I absolutely have to order a full size up and I have narrow feet. I'd give them 5 stars if they could make them more comfortable and keep the same look.

I love the Nike Shoxs. I'm so glad they are back. They still need more fine tuning, nevertheless, these run small. What's worse is there is not one Shox available at Nike Stores in my region. I bought a pair with my original size (online), one foot was great, the other had no room. I exchanged them for a half size up; I had the same issue (loved the color BTW). After finding a pair at another store and trying them on, I have to go up a WHOLE size. Nike please do better with the construction of the shoes and its availability. Consumers (especially myself) are buying these shoes not only for the style, to actually absorb the shock of walking/running on various floors
