Bring back the Gen 1.. these lack the quality (get worn in look WAY faster than Gen 1), aren’t true to size (took 3 times before getting the sizing right), and the ankle feels less secure in these. I do like the sole thickness and the fact that they do still feel lightweight.
Broken Fabric Eyelet Issue due to daily friction and tension.

Fabric Eyelets Design puts the boots out of commission once they break. With daily friction from lacing up boots and the tension from them being ties increase chances of Fabric Eyelet Breaking. Needs a new durable design to support lacing/eyelet issue. Other then that it’s a comfortable, comfortable, durable boot overall.

These boots are great for everyday military wear. Rucking long distance are no problem in these. Way better than the SFB GEN 1boots.
