If you’re a traveling athlete then this roller is great for you. It’s compact, sturdy and does exactly what it’s intended to do. It can fit within your backpack or in the water bottle pocket.
If you are a larger athlete, I would recommend the regular size roller, which I have as well, because the surface area of the small roller is not very big. This roller does give you more precision than the larger one, but both are great at what they do.
