This tank top is comfortable for the gym! It's true to size has washed well and hasn't faded. I've not had any shrinkage as I don't tumble dry so I don't know what it would be like in the tumble dryer. It is a snug fit but not tight. If you prefer looser fitting clothing for the gym then size up. I love that it is made from recycled material. The model looks lovely in this which is why I purchased it. Would recommend.
