These compression shorts deliver a snug, comfortable fit with excellent support for running, basketball, and gym workouts. The side pockets on both sides are widely praised for securely holding phones and keys during activity. Fit runs true to size, though feedback suggests they run shorter than previous versions—especially for taller wearers. The breathable, flexible material stays in place and doesn't ride up, making them ideal for layering under workout shorts or wearing solo. Note that durability concerns appear in some feedback, with seam issues in the inner thigh area reported after several months of use.

Ok for low mileage runners
Feels great and comfortable handy pockets on each side but poor stitching between the legs means this product falls to bits after a few months
