What Reviewers Say

Praised for exceptional stability during heavy lifts like squats and deadlifts, these shoes feature a flat, firm sole and wide base that keep feet grounded. The wider toe box accommodates various foot shapes, though sizing runs small—most recommend going up half a size. Lightweight and versatile enough for CrossFit, HIIT, and short runs, they balance support with flexibility. The lace tuck feature and clean design earn consistent compliments.

Decent, but newer isn’t better
I really want to give 5 star but here’s the thing… metcon 6 and 7 were elite. These just aren’t the same. Feels like a cheaper shoe… also, I was size 11.5 for previous metcon now all of a sudden 11.5 is too big! Had to return. I guess I’ll end up getting 11’s but still I think they’ve gotten less impressive as time goes on but still a good shoe

Very Happy with purchase
Bought these for Gym (primarily weight lifting) - comfortable from day 1. Watch sizing though as had to exchange for larger size based on what I normally buy (online) - exchange process was quick and easy in store.

I’ve been training in the Nike Metcon 10 Men’s Workout Shoes, and they’ve been a solid upgrade for my gym sessions. The stability is excellent for heavy lifts, especially squats and deadlifts, thanks to the firm heel and wide base. The upper feels durable, and the rope‑wrap design gives good grip during climbs. They’re not the softest for long runs, but for strength training and functional workouts, they perform exactly as advertised. Overall, a dependable, well‑built training shoe.
