True to size. I’ve never worn a Metcon shoe before but these are awesome in the gym. Provide the balance and stability I need when moving heavy weight. I like the color options too. Went with the orange and blue ones.

Most functional metcon yet

The most functional Metcon yet. I still like the look of the 7s and 8s best but these are a big improvement in comfortability, especially in running workouts. They took the plastic out and removed the wall walk heel feature out but it made them more comfortable and less noisy when walking or running.
Run way small

Run extremely small wear a 15 and toes crammed at end these first like a whole size smaller and only gonup to 15 so I’m out of luck
