Falling apart

Bought this for my son for this school year. The fabric on the straps is already falling apart.
I should have stick to Nike bag pack. Never had this problem

Bought this gray, black and orange bag pack for my 12yr old nephew back to school Sept. 2 and Sept 18th a couple weeks later it started to fall apart. Very disappointed.
