        Cushioning is amazing and all the materials are great. I would recommend these to anyone weather you are a runner or not.

        I'm 70 yrs old, been running 38 years, ran marathon #55 this year, run 43 miles a week. Invincible is the most comfortable, durable shoe I've run in! This is purchase #2; there will be more. One suggestion; needs longer laces if using the 5th eyelet for "runners loop." 1 1/2 inches of remaining lace is just too tedious and not enough to work with in the tie process.

        The Nike Invincible 3's are very impressive looking trainers which offer a light and comfortable fit. However they are built with foam midsoles that are as durable as the packing polystyrene from a Flatscreen telly. I have had mine two days now and I have a sizeable gash and a small chunk missing in the outside edge of the right heel of my trainer. I have had hundreds of pairs of Nikes over the years and put my faith in products such as Pegasus Trails every year without fail... in fact I think if I tried to tear them apart with work gloves on they would resist it so it is disappointing to see that someone bumping into your heel, with a pushchair, in an urban environment would cause such damage!
