The shoes fit true to size and requires no break-in time. The feel of the shoes is that of a well structure upper with a central lacing system and a stable Mid-sole. The Nike react foam offers great comfort to do workouts in this shoe and offers a great stable base. The shoe feel like a proper shoe that can be use for workouts and runs. Since the upper has a mesh material with a reinforce design that wraps the upper on each side the shoes give a good lockdown feel. I like the design of the shoe and materials use to create the upper, mid-sole, and out-sole. It gives a very rigid and balance shoe that should get you trough your most intense workout no problem. On feet the shoe could feel heavier than your typical running shoe but once you are running is barely noticeable. I like the all black colorway and small Nike branding on the sides and tongue. All the different upper materials also in black make it a shoe that doesn't stand much in this colorway which is something I like! Something I would change is this shoe is the lace system to be traditional rather than lace loop style in this shoe.It can help for the purpose on the shoe but I think a traditional lacy system can still work. Overall, the perfect shoe I was looking for to use for the gym!

One thing worth noting is that the outsole seems better suited for pavement, concrete, and indoor surfaces rather than trails or uneven outdoor terrain. Traction can feel a little slick on those surfaces, so I’d primarily recommend these for road running and gym use. The cushioning has held up well so far, although I’m curious to see how it maintains its shape and responsiveness over time. Overall, I’m really happy with the comfort and versatility, and I’d definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a shoe that can handle both running and everyday workouts.

I really enjoyed the fit and feel of these shoes—they were different from my past training shoes, but in the best way. The lightweight design made my gym workouts feel easier on my legs, while the breathable upper and snug, comfortable fit kept my feet supported without feeling restricted. The black silhouette looks clean, and the standout feature for me was the Nike React sole: no matter how intense the workout, it felt like I was walking on air. I loved the lightweight materials, breathable upper and tongue, and the responsive sole technology. The only things I would change are making the symbols on the upper stand out more and adding a sync feature that could send workout data to an Apple Watch or smartphone, similar to what the Air Max 95s offered back in the day.
