My favorite design aesthetically in the Free Run fam. Good enough to last a 5k. They give me a close-to-barefoot-like feel when I train for Muay Thai outside the gym. Outsole is not the most durable though. Really would like if the traction under the big toe & heel area covered the midsole for more longevity. Like other Frees like this one, its easy to get rocks stuck in between the outsole’s crevices & causing it to have a hole that collects rocks that effects the comfort of the insole in my experience, so this is more suited for road/pavement running & some calisthenics.
