Inexpensive baseball pants
I just got these in size large for my skinny 10 year old who wears between a 14 and 16 jeans and they fit great. Length is good and waist no issue maybe a little baggy in the legs. He is about 5'2" and weighs 80 pounds for size reference. Quality of pants seems good.

Great Slim Cut Pants
I bought four pairs of these in XL for my two, 5'2" grandsons. They worked great for the thin one, but we're tight on the more muscular kid who needed a relaxed fit style. These run very slim.
