Nike AL8

I was so excited to get these shoes. I love a good chunky tennis shoe (Nike tech hera are a personal favorite). And these are no exception. As a nurse I am forced to a single color scrub but with these shoes I can support my Jags on any game day without being out of dress code. At the end of a 12 hour shift my feet don’t hurt and these shoes have a really good arch support. They do feel as though they run a little small but, I can just wear a more thin sock.

I gave these to my wife and the first thing she said is how much our 5 year old daughter would love them due to the cheetah print :) These shoes are definitely on trend with the chunky mid sole and retro styling. My wife tells me that they are overall very comfortable with a slightly wider toe box than she’s used to, which she appreciates. The fabric feels high quality, subtle details like the mini swoosh on the outside of the toe are always appreciated! These shoes are very affordable as well… you get a lot of shoe for not a whole lot of money. She wears these shoes to the gym, grocery store, walking the dog. Any kind of moderate activity and they more than serve their purpose. We will be keeping at eye out for more animal print options in the future. Another hit for Nike!

These shoes are great for every day wear! Living in San Francisco, I walk everywhere. These shoes have a cushy heel and tongue yet a firm and supportive sole, making them super comfortable for walking around running errands. They are true to size, with a bit of a wider toe box. Only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the fabric and print of the shoe—the suede-like material feels like it may be hard to clean and the leopard print is not exactly my style. However, the overall retro design of the shoe is very stylish and I would buy in a different color!
