I'm 5'4, 135lbs, size Medium. I would get a large for a looser fit. I was looking for a UPF protection shirt for hiking/running but this one is little too warm for me. For ventilation, it needs holes or thinner material on the armpit or side area. Also, area needs to be a little looser, it was little too tight/close to my neck. Pros: thumb & watch holes, & orange color is awesome.
