Fourth Pair of this model
New Pegasus ACG is a bit firmer than the previous model. Still has good rebound and I prefer the added stability. Bit more lift also which is fine and brings the show closer to the Hoka type of sole. The traction is better than the previous model. Shoe remains extremely comfortable for road and trail. I size up a 1/2 size with this model.

Disappointing. Upper torn from wear after just a few months.
These shoes are disappointing. After just five months the upper part of the shoe is torn from wear in several places. This shoe is not tough enough.

Nowhere near as good as other Nike runners
I buy and own a lot of Nike. And i have the similar version of these in the street running shoes. They’re amazing. However, these trail shoes are nothing like them. Nowhere near the cushion. In fact these are hard under the ball of your foot, yet soft at the heal. Very odd. The overall fit and comfort is good but these do run short compared to 50+ pair of other Nikes I’ve owned. The material also feels cheaper than usual. Maybe because they’re water resistant?

Defective/low grade
Do not purchase these sneakers. After only three light uses the cushion that surrounds the ankle is pilling. Quality is not present for sneakers intended to be for runners.

Better than expected…
I have owned many Nike running shoes, but this is the first pair of trail shoes I have ever purchased. I was pleasantly surprised how springy and responsive they were in my first run. I’m looking forward to logging some big miles in them over the months to come!

Feels like somebody is pushing me forward and helping me walk
It fit me like a glove and the process was very easy and quick especially compared to ordering from somewhere else like eBay.

Ebay has some kind of verification process where it takes 3 weeks to get a pair of shoes like Nike.

It's been two and a half years since I invested in a new pair of running shoes and wow what a difference from the old Nike Pegasus to the shoes that I just got.
Feels like someone is pushing me forward and helping me walk.

Just OK.
Pros and Cons from someone who LOVED the peg trail 5.

Pros: 1) More stable than trail 5. Huge plus. Ankle and foot won’t roll as easily as trail 5. 2) cushioning is more forgiving than the 5. 3) foot lockdown is much improved. My Foot would slide in the peg trail 5, it does not in this.

Cons: the extra cushioning in the forefoot takes away the Proprioception you had in the 5. You…

Upper separating from midsole
Coming apart in under 30 miles of use. The left shoe upper is rapidly separating from the midsole foam.

Shoes were comfortable before one started to explode. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
