Sincerly speaking,i was disappointed about this trainners,because i had see the coloured one on some-one,so i deceided to go for the black,but the black isn't as nice as the picture. And i wanted to give the other one someone,as a Birthday gift,but i am not so sure now.

We laser-siped the outsole for better flexibility, whether you're jumping, planking or powering through plyometrics. We also rounded the big-toe side of the forefoot for better agility and quickness when making sudden movements.

Perfect for road running or cross country

If I had read the reviews I never would have brought these. I love the comfort and secure fitting around the the top of the trainer, they are for the slightly wider foot, or for running long distance, as your toes should not be squashed into a trainer when running. I run long distance and these are perfect no blisters just out on and go. If you run road or cross country these are ideal. I have tried four different colours and all are a perfect fit. When running you should all go up half a size no matter what trainer you buy. Hope this helps.
