How Do I Use My Nike Gift Card?

Nike gift cards can be used to make purchases on Nike.com, in the Nike and SNKRS apps, and at select eligible Nike stores in Japan.

You can use your gift card during checkout—here's how:

Nike.com

In the "Payment" section, select "Do you have a gift card, product voucher, or promo code?"
Enter the gift card number in the "Voucher Number" box, then enter the PIN in the "PIN" box.
Select "Apply" to deduct the amount on your gift card from your order total.

Nike and SNKRS Apps

Tap "Payment."
Select "Add New Payment Method."
Select "Add Gift Card."
Enter the gift card number, then the PIN.
Select "Add Gift Card" to apply the amount on your gift card to your order total.
Select "Continue" to finish checking out.

FAQs

Where can I purchase a Nike gift card?

Physical gift cards are available for purchase at select Nike stores, as well as select 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Ministop stores. Digital gift cards are available for purchase on Nike.com.

Physical gift cards can be loaded up to 50,000 yen. Physical gift cards can be reloaded at select Nike stores.

Digital gift cards can be loaded up to 50,000 yen at the time of purchase (convenience store payment and cash on delivery are not available, and digital gift cards cannot be reloaded).

When will I get my digital gift card?

You’ll receive an email with your digital gift card, usually within two hours of placing your order. If you don’t see the email, make sure you do the following:

Confirm that your order and payment information were correctly entered.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Enable receiving emails from “@official.nike.com” and “@nike.com.”

What if my gift card doesn’t cover my order total?

You can use a valid credit or debit card or another Nike gift card to pay the difference.

Can I use my gift card at a Nike store?

Yes, our gift cards can be purchased and used in person at the Nike stores in Japan listed below*.

How do I check my balance?

It’s easy to check your gift card balance online. Just enter the number and PIN to instantly see the balance of your card.

Will lost or stolen gift cards be reissued?

Nike is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or unauthorized use of our gift cards. Be careful when handling your gift card and its number and PIN. Please note that gift cards will not be reissued or reloaded.

When will my gift card expire?

Digital and physical gift cards expire three years from the issue date or last refund or load date.
