Ground yourself before Howard University’s Homecoming weekend kicks into high gear. Join Jordan Brand, DTLR, and Buji Matcha at the Sandlot Uptown for Wellness Wednesday–two morning Pilates sessions dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and connection.

Led by instructor and Howard alumna Alison Law with sounds by DJ Wild Child, each session features a guided weighted Pilates workout designed to help you regulate your nervous system, stretch, and recenter yourself. Afterward, head over to the Matcha & Mingle session to recharge with complimentary Buji Matcha, founded by Howard alumna Arianna Davis, while connecting with fellow Bison.

Attendees will receive exclusive Jordan Brand x DTLR giveaway items, including yoga

mats, water bottles, towels, socks, and custom Howard tote bags, to keep you grounded

and fly all weekend long.
