在腳跟下方採用超強韌的 Hyperlift 鞋底墊片，在最需要穩定的地方提供極致支撐，可在進行深蹲、硬舉、上搏等重訓時提供出色的穩定性，還不會影響步伐。與 Metcon 9 相比，鞋頭較寬，腳趾可向外伸展，整個足部都能完整展現爆發力。

I love how they look on website, however while they’re on they look wide and bulky. They are comfortable enough, but not as much as metcons older styles. I would not purchase again.

Came here to recommend ordering up. I typically hesitate to order up when the reviews say to. Everyone wears things differently, right? I wear a women's 8, and I have a narrow foot. I ordered the women's 9 and am glad I did. They are comfortable with room to move. If I'd only ordered a half size, I firmly believe they would have been too small. I've completed a few workouts in them. I like the rigid, but flexible sole, and the toe box has plenty of room to spread the toes. I love the colors too!
Offer great stability while strength training

These are amazing! Prior to my knee surgery I always lifted in running shoes and could balance just fine but after the surgery, I needed more stability and these shoes are perfect! I have been able to get back to all my strength training and feel stable and strong in them! They are comfortable and come in fun colors!
