I train at an athletic training/weight lifting gym 4-5x a week. These are probably my most versatile shoe. I’ve been a metcon loyalist since the 4s (bring them back please!), hated the 5s, like the 6s, and love these. One shoe to hit all aspects of training. They do run small so size up. Tho

Dark turquoise with hidden laces

Comfy trainers, I like the new Metcon design of tucking the laces in the tongue. The colour looks different from the pictures, they looked black but its actually a dark turquoise.

I'm usually a 7.5, I ordered the 8 after reading the reviews. I will have to send back for an 8.5. my toes are hitting the front of the shoe.
