Although I miss the Vomero 17 - the 18 is cushioned without the bulk of other highly cushioned shoes. Great training shoe for my longer runs. Stack height seemed high at first - on my very first run - it became a non issue. Great shoes and kind to my feet and joints - I am a 66 year old - 7:30/45 mile pace - running 24-35 miles per week.

Great for the first 100 miles, then the cushioning rapidly degrades. Still like them but the durability is disappointing. The outsole Is slightly better than the previous version though. So much more responsive and comfortable than the Pegasus or others in this general price (+/- £35) range, but terrible production planning by Nike. Sold out for months despite heavy demand and nothing close as an immediate substitute. If they can improve the longevity then you’ll satisfy a huge market of repeat buyers. But if you’re going to make it easy to burn through and not have the inventory to support the captive replacement audience, you’re missing a big opportunity. Shame. Another big Nike release with a short term focus getting in its own way.
