I’ve been running for decades and I can say that this is an outstanding shoe, The cushioning and rebound make these a pleasure to run in, every time. Also, they did not stiffen during my run in bitter cold (0 degree wind chill), a bonus. I am normally a 12E. My Gore-Tex version is not available in wide so I moved up to a 12.5 and it fits well.

Ridiculous sizing. The standard 18 is lovely and comfortable (and roomy). These are tiny in comparison. I bought my standard size 8 and while they are plenty long enough, they're so tight over the top of the foot they're impossible to wear. How this passed quality control and testing is beyond me. I'd probably have to go 2 sizes up to fit and then they'd be far too long. A real shame as they look great
